Excellant work!! It's even harder doing a larger model I'd think, cause the details and structure have to be that much more perfect. My next figurine is going to be in that size range, and I'm sort of dreading it. You certainly have superman dead on with accuracy [in my humble opinion].

Brilliance! A true artist at work! I have always deemed sculpture superior to other art forms  Because it's 3-D! :D
Since I hardly know anything about sculpting, I would like to ask you a question: how is sculpting wax different in it's propeteries from regular candle wax? Also, if you remove too much from a big chunk of wax while shaping, how do you apply it back??? Do you need to warm it up or are chamicals used for that?? (I would totally appreciate some link if you're too busy to explain it. It's just that whenever ppl say they sculpt in wax, I am puzzled. Polymer or water clay I understand, but I can't imagine the process of working with wax ^_^) Thanks! And congrats on this lovely Superman statue!

I see. within those 30 days; is this your only project? Just curious becuase I work in miniature, but I would not mind doing larger scale every now and then if the pay/work-time ratio is as good as it is in miniature.
